Our History
It all started on a cold January day, after a stroll through the city of Barcelona. We arrived home loaded with some peculiar and pristine objects that we never thought would be useful to us: a paella pan and its burner. That event, little or not at all planned, unlocked a curiosity for cooking, local produce, and the fundamental pillars of Mediterranean gastronomy.

The year 2019 opened the doors to a path full of discoveries that continues today, where through proximity we have managed to reach unforeseen places. From north to south and east to west, no matter the challenge ahead: we have been present throughout the peninsula, even in the Balearic Islands. A journey made possible thanks to the support of all the people who have trusted in our services.

We adapt to the seasons, to seasonal and local products, making any variety of rice dish possible. We work with perseverance and simplicity, always seeking the balance between tradition and trends. We don't just want to offer a service that meets expectations; we work to exceed them and create memories that last.
